Grapes come from a co-planted parcel of Viognier, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. All were harvested in the middle of the September when the Grenache was still a little underripe to give freshness to the wine. Pressed directly and aged in old barrels for a year, this is rich and complex with notes of exotic fruit and warming spice whilst being held together by a bracing salinity.
