This is wonderfully intriguing wine. The end of the press from 2018 (Grenache Noir and Carignan) is topped up with juice from direct press (Grenache Noir, Carignan & Syrah) from 2020. The result is a heady, hazy wine that is so drinkable with many layers of nuance. This wine has so much character as do all the wines from La Voluta, this is truly where alchemy meets wine!
