Sebastien and Émeline´s project is located inside a cave which is 500m deep into the limestone cliffs of Saumur in the Loire Valley. This unique terroir, combined with the steady climate, allows for the wines to be created with extremely low intervention. They are passionate about achieving the purest expression of the Cabernet Franc grape.
