Celler Jordi Llorens is located in Blancafort, which Mediterranean climate is slightly cool, due to the altitude and the distance from the sea (35km). This wine is made using Macabeo grapes grown on calcareous and mudstone soils, at 420m altitude. Once they have been manually harvested and macerated for a week, the fermentation process occurs in stainless steel deposits using local yeasts then aged on lees for six months.
