Peachy and herbacious made using Malvasia de Sitges, a native grape to the area of Sitges (just south of Barcelona), grown on clay and limestone soil. Crushed by foot then rested on skins for 10 days in Spanish amphora, resulting in a beautifully balanced and aromatic wine.
