Equal parts Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, which were macerated in whole bunches for 3 weeks before being pressed into stainless steel. Bottled the following Spring. An incredibly energetic wine with brambly fruit at the fore and a long savoury finish. This is a truly special wine!
