A well-structured white wine with a silky texture and plenty of freshness.
Produced by tenth generation family winemakers, Manel & Núria Aviñó of Clos Lentiscus, who are located in the Sant Pere de Ribes, Penedès region near to Barcelona. This wine is made using Xarel-lo grapes planted on sandy-calcareous soil, 225m above sea level. Using the biodynamic method of lunar guidance to plant, prune and harvest which is done by hand. Grapes are then destemmed and fermented with local yeasts in amphorae and aged on its lees in 300-litre amphorae for 6 months.
